What are my payment options?

Initially, you can choose to pay with credit card - Visa, Master Card and AmEx. We will add on new payment methods continuously, to give you all the options you need. If you have a received a promotion code, you will find a field where you fill it in during checkout. 

What are the shipping methods and costs?

Standard Shipping is free, see below for shipping times.

International orders above 1 kg are shipped with DHL, lighter orders are sent with conventional mail. Orders within Sweden are shipped with PostNord.

Express Shipping cost depends on weight and starts at €11,5.

All orders with Express Shipping are delivered by DHL.

What are the shipping times ?

To Sweden and Denmark:

Standard shipping - 1 to 2 working days
Express shipping - 1 working day

To Germany, Netherlands and United Kingdom:

Standard shipping - 2 to 4 working days
Express shipping - 1 working day

To France:

Standard shipping - 3 to 5 working days
Express shipping - 1 working day

To Norway:

Standard shipping - 2 to 6 working days
Express shipping - 1 working day

Please note that for some very remote areas additional shipping time may apply. 

My home country is not listed above, but I would still like to place an order. Is this possible?

We can do our very best to make it happen! Send us an email at customersupport@furostudios.com and give us your full delivery address. We promise to look into it!

When will I be charged for my order?

When you place the order, we will issue a pre-authorization to your credit card, but the actual charge will happen when the order is shipped.

When is my order sent?

We collect orders continually as they come in, and send out stuff from our warehouse once a day. We aim to ship orders that we receive before 12 pm the same day, but at the latest the day after your products will be on the way.

What are the tax and duty costs?

This varies depending on where you are. Generally, within Europe you pay no tax or customs. Exceptions might apply with orders from Norway and the UK. In any case, the costs involved will be calculated at checkout, when you’re placing your order. Please note that if delivery is impossible, we cannot compensate for such costs. 

Where can I check my order status?

As soon as your order i shipped, the distributor will attach a tracking number to your order and send it to you via email. Through the distributor website (DHL or PostNord) you will be able to track your order and see its current location. 

Is it safe to order from the Furö Studios website?

Yes. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all transactions between our server and our customers. 

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you have already paid and received a confirmation email, you cannot change or cancel an order. However, until you have clicked the “confirm payment” button at checkout, you can quit the process at any time without being charged. 

How do I return an order?

If you change your mind and would like to get refunded for a product, no problem. Just make sure the item is unused and the packaging is unbroken in the box, otherwise we can not sell it. The return is free of charge, but the return request must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Proof of payment must accompany the return. Contact us thru our contact form, describing what you want to return and why, and we will give you instructions to go through with it.

    How long does it take to get a refund?

    We will issue the refund within 7 days of receiving the refunded product, and we will send you an email once it´s done. Please note that banks sometimes require additional time to process the transaction. The refunded money might therefore take sightly longer to show up on your bank statement. 

    How do I exchange an item?

    We do not process exchanges by mail. If you would like to change an item, please return it as described above. Then place a new order. 

    What happens if I get a faulty product?

    We have gone through extensive quality testings during the production process. However, should something have gone wrong in the manufacturing and you end up with a product that is in some way faulty, please send an email straight to customersupport@furostudios.com and we will do our best to sort out the problem.
