What are my payment options?

Furö Studios accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay on all markets.

If you are missing your preferred payment option, please contact us and we will look into it.

If you have a promotion code, insert it at checkout.

What are the shipping methods and costs?

Furö Studios offers free shipping above €100 to countries within EU. For international shipping outside EU we offer shipping at discounted rates. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight. See below for shipping options and times.

Local import taxes and duties may apply to orders outside EU. Those orders are not subject to VAT charges. See more below.

Orders within EU are shipped with DHL, except orders to Austria and Greece which are sent with UPS. Orders outside EU are shipped with UPS.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses and a signature is usually required upon delivery.

What are the tax and duty costs?

Within EU
All prices for orders within EU include VAT, no additional tax or duties will apply.

Outside EU
For orders delivered outside EU we do not charge VAT. Import tax and duties according to the local rules of your country may apply. The carrier or your local authorities will invoice you separately for this.

At this time, we are unable to provide a tax-back service.

What are the shipping times?

Orders are processed during business days, i.e. Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please note we do not ship and/or deliver on weekends. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. We will expedite all orders ASAP. Orders placed before 10 am CET on business days are normally shipped the same day. While almost all orders are delivered within the specified times, Furö Studios cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.

First-Time Order Policy

For security purposes, Furö Studios reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order. We recommend entering a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for and accept the order to ensure a smooth delivery.

My home country is not listed above, but I would still like to place an order. Is this possible?

We can do our very best to make it happen! Contact us and give us your full delivery address. We promise to look into it.

When will I be charged for my order?

The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping.

When is my order sent?

We try to expedite our orders as soon as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden, orders received before 10 am CET on business days are normally shipped the same day.

Where can I check my order status?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email with the name of the used distributor (DHL or UPS) and tracking number. Through the distributor website you can track your order and see its current location. On occasion, the distributor may also contact you during the process with additional delivery information.

Is it safe to order from the Furö Studios website?

Yes. We protect any information given to us and use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all transactions between our server and our customers.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Until you have clicked the “confirm payment” button at checkout, you can quit the process at any time without being charged. If you have already paid and received a confirmation email, you cannot change or cancel an order directly. If you wish to cancel a paid order, please contact us ASAP and if we haven’t shipped it yet we will be able to cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has been shipped you will have to return it instead, see below for instructions.

How do I return an order?

Think about the planet before returning a product. If you are certain that you want to return your order, no problem! You are eligible for a full refund if your unused item is sent back within 14 days in its original condition with its original packaging, receipt and by using the exchange label provided by us.

Before returning your item, get in touch through our contact form. Let us know the product you are returning and the reason behind it. Our customer service will then get in touch with all the necessary instructions. Please note all returns must be accompanied by proof of payment.

All returns within the EU are free of charge when using the shipping label provide by our customer service. For orders outside of the EU we unfortunately can´t provide free returns or shipping labels, but please contact us for the return address and we will also try to assist you in the best way.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the refunded product, and we will send you an email once it´s done. Please note that banks sometimes require additional time to process the transaction. The refunded money might therefore take slightly longer to show up on your bank statement.

How do I exchange an item?

We do not provide exchange services. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it as described above. Then place a new order.

What happens if I get a faulty product?

Even though our products have gone through extensive quality testing during production, fabrication defects may occur. Should your product be faulty in some way, please contact us and clearly explain what’s faulty and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
